IS THERE A PRODUCT GUARANTEE?
Slings and cushions without buttons are warranted for three (3) years. Placing buttons on cushions voids all warrantees. Use of suntanning lotion is not included in warranty.
Commercial Use Voids All Warrantees
Tabletops are warranted for thirty (30) days. There is no warranty for fading, wind, storm, water, or accidental damage. All items must have normal use and proper care. Guarantee is limited to replacement or repair. There are no warrantees expressed or implied beyond the description on the face hereof. All claims must be accompanied by this receipt. This contains the entire agreement between the buyer and the seller.
HOW LONG WILL PIPE FURNITURE LAST?
If given even the minimal care the frames should last several years. The fabrics should last at least 3 years but most customers report anywhere from 3 to 20 years.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS EASY TO CLEAN?
Yes!! And unlike wood and some metals our products can be easily sanitized.
WHAT ABOUT MOLD?
Prevention is key but if you forget just follow the Product Care Guidelines in this section.
HOW DO I CARE FOR THE PRODUCTS?
Our frames can be cleaned with soft scrub with bleach as needed.
Use a brush and water hose to clean the cushions (no need for a pressure washer).
Cushions and slings can be cleaned using one cup of bleach in two gallons of water with a little dish soap.
Sunscreen and suntan lotion can damage the fabric and/or pipe. Be sure to clean after use.
Wax your tables once a year. Do not store upside down or on their sides.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS?
There are no returns. All sales are final.
DOES PIPE CREATIONS HAVE A PAYMENT PLAN?
No we don’t. Payment for products is made at the time of order unless otherwise agreed upon by the customer and Pipe Creations staff.
DOES PIPE CREATIONS DELIVER?
Arrangements will be made by the customer and Pipe Creations staff or contracted movers.
